What payments do you accept?

Ordering from Art2Wear by Gail is easy. We currently accept payments through PAYPAL. Even if you do not have a PayPal account! Just select PayPal IPN from the checkout page and follow the directions - under the section called "Don't have a PayPal account?" There you can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. All transactions are secure. Or you can email or call us at 770-789-6832 with your phone order.

 

Am I going to get exactly what's pictured?

That's a good question! Yes, you will receive the exact item. Each item is individually made, please allow for slight variation in color due to the techniques used. We take pride in using the best leather and unique components and findings (snaps zipper, etc.).

 

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Most orders ship within one week, if you need an item faster just ask.

 

What's your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your order and want to exchange or return an item, please send us an email first at art2wearbygail@gmail.com, and provide the following info: Name + Email Address + Description of Items To Be Returned + Reason For Return We will respond to your email within 24 hours. (Credit refunds only)
